This a different take on summer pasta salads that my family loves. Ingredients:
2 cans tuna in water |
1 lb spaghetti noodles or macaroni noodles |
3 boiled eggs |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup chopped green olives |
1 can sweet peas, drained |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
mayonaisse |
Directions:
1. Boil noodles in very salty water. 2. Drain and place in a large bowl. 3. Add other ingredients and mix well. 4. Chill before serving. 5. Creole seasoning such as Tony's Chachere's or Zatarins can be add for a kick. Also cubed cheese will work as well, I like the cheese cubed but my family prefers the shredded, it is just up to personal tatse. |
