TUNA PASTA SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corbett Estate in Fate, Texas in 1986. Ingredients:
3 hard boiled eggs chopped |
1 pound gnocchi cooked at dente |
1 cup good mayonnaise |
2 cans white tuna in water drained |
1/3 cup red onion finely chopped |
6 ounce can sliced black olives |
2 large tomatoes diced |
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined then chill at least one hour before serving. |
