3/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 lb penne rigate, freshly cooked to tender, rinsed under cold water, and drained |
1 tablespoon finely grated fresh lemon zest |
1 (6 ounce) can tuna in olive oil, drained |
1 (15 ounce) can white beans, rinsed and drained |
1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh basil |
Directions:
1. Whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice in a large bowl. 2. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. 3. Season with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature. |
