A tip top way to serve the humble tuna! Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained |
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
2 tablespoons chopped green onions |
4 english muffins, split and toasted |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine tuna, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, celery and onion; mix well. 2. Spoon the mixture onto bottom halves of muffins. Cover with top halves. 3. You may spread this tuna mixture on wraps, or on your favorite sandwich bread and rolls. Enjoy! |
