Tuna omelette has always been a comfort food and a favorite when I was growing up. This is another breakfast meal that is very easy to prepare and, again, is perfect for people in a hurry. Note: When I took the photo for this recipe, I was in a playful mood so I plated it in a way that it would look like a face. Read more . I had some leftover chorizos, so I used them for the eyes and mouth. It certainly brightened up my day even more! Ingredients:
- a can of tuna |
- leftover rice |
- egg |
- garlic |
- salt and pepper |
- cooking oil |
Directions:
1. In a frying pan, heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant. Add tuna and heat for about a minute. Then add egg. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with fried rice. |
