Can turn into cheesy tuna melt by sprinkling 1/2 cup cheddar cheese over hot casserole instead of bread crumbs. Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 cup peas |
11 oz. chunk light tuna |
168 grams egg noodles |
1 tbsp. bread crumbs |
1/2 tbsp. butter |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles. 2. Stir soup, milk, peas, tuna, and noodles in a 1.5 quart casserole 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. Stir 4. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over tuna mixture. Bake for 5 minutes more. 5. Makes 3 servings. |
