Lisa's casserole creation that kids just love! Ingredients:
5 cups noodles, cooked and drained |
12 oz tuna, drained |
1 cup celery, chopped |
1/3 cup onion, chopped |
1/4 green pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/2 cup milk |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
1 can cream of celery soup |
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds, optional |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except for soup, milk & cheese. 2. Heat soup, milk & cheese. 3. combine all ingredients and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. If desired, top with 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds. 4. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes. 5. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes, then serve. |
