From a little cookbook called Here's To Your Mom . Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package medium egg noodles |
1 (11 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup |
1 cup celery, chopped |
2 tablespoons margarine |
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
3/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup pimiento, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Cook noodles to package directions. 3. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, in a sauce pan, saute' celery and onion in margarine until tender. 4. Stir in soup and milk. Gently stir in tuna, pimento and cooked noodles. 5. Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 6. Bake for 30 minutes. |
