One of my mom's recipes. Easy one dish meal! Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup milk |
2 ounces egg noodles, cooked |
1 tablespoon onion, minced |
1/4-1/2 cup breadcrumbs, buttered |
1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained |
1 cup peas, cooked |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Cook and drain noodles. 3. Blend soup and milk together in a 3 quart casserole dish. 4. Mix in remaining ingredients, topping with breadcrumbs. 5. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. |
