Tuna made in muffin tins. Good with canned chicken, too. Rinse and drain tuna (or chicken) first if salty. Can use EggBeaters to save calories. Add in other things as desired: 1/4 c. chopped celery 2 TB chopped onions 1/4 c. chopped green peppers 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese Ingredients:
12 oz tuna, light, canned in water |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix all together & spoon into well-greased muffin cups (6) 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until puffed. |
