pour over cooked pasta or rice, sprinkle with additional grated cheese and breadcrumbs and bake for 15-20 minutes in a hot oven until golden.
Ingredients:
100 g low fat cheese
50 g parmesan cheese, cubed
italian parsley
1 onion, halved
3 garlic cloves
40 g butter
2 tablespoons plain flour
300 g low fat milk
400 g tuna (with juice)
300 g corn kernels
1 lemon, juiced
paprika, pinch
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. place cheeses and parsley into TM bowl and grate for 10 seconds on speed 9. set aside.
2. place onion, garlic and butter into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.
3. saute for 3 minutes at varoma temperature on speed 1.
4. add flour and milk and mix for 4 seconds on speed 5. cook for 6 minutes at 80 degrees on speed 4.
5. add all remaining ingredients including reserved cheese and stir through for 5 seconds on reverse + speed 4.
6. serve immediately with rice or pasta.
