These are easy and cheesy and kids like them too. Ingredients:
6 english muffins, split |
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna |
2 celery ribs, minced |
2 green onions, minced |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup grated monterey jack cheese |
6 slices american cheese |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Drain tuna, add to bowl with celery, onions, salt, pepper, monterey jack and mayonaisse. 3. Mix until combined. 4. Put 1/6 of mixture on each english muffin half. 5. Put slice of american cheese on top of each. 6. Bake until heated through and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. |
