main course for lunch or dinner Ingredients:
1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked |
1 can (12 oz) chunk light tuna, in water, drained |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 oz yellow mustard |
2 oz pickle relish |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 cup tomatoes, cherry |
1 tsp dill weed, dried |
1/2 t celery seed |
1/2 tsp black pepper, cracked |
Directions:
1. cook macaroni, drain. 2. while cooking macaroni, drain tuna and mix all other ingredients. 3. while still hot stir macaroni into mayonnaise mixture. 4. break up tuna chunks and stir into dressed macaroni. 5. serve warm or cold |
