This recipe was given to me by my Mother-in-law who got it from her Mother. We like to eat it at Barbeque's. Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) package , elbow macaroni- cooked according to package directions (you can actually use more macaroni if you want and it will still turn out nicely and serve even more) |
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard (i use yellow) |
2 tablespoons white vinegar |
1/3 cup granulated sugar |
1 (15 ounce) can peas (drained) |
2 (6 ounce) cans albacore tuna (drained) |
4 hardboiled egg, sliced (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix together mayo, mustard, vinegar, and sugar. 2. Add the mayo mixture to the macaroni along with tuna and peas in a large container. 3. Mix well. 4. Place cooled sliced eggs on top if desired and serve. |
