This is an easy go to recipe when you can't think anything to make for dinner. Add some peas to this and it's a one dish meal. Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten |
3/4 cup evaporated milk |
1/2 cup water |
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 (10 ounce) can tuna |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
3 cups cooked macaroni |
1 1/2 cups american cheese, grated |
1 tablespoon grated onion |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, or until firm. |
