Easy to prepare and good. You will need corn tortillas for the tacos. Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) canned tuna |
3 medium tomatoes |
1/2 onion, finely diced |
3 small green chilies |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Remove seeds from tomatoes and dice. 2. Remove seeds and veins from the chile and finely dice them. 3. Mix the tomatoes, onion, chile, mayonnaise and tuna in a bowl. 4. Season withsalt and pepper to taste. 5. Warm thetortillas and fill your tacos. |
