Very nice! great for crackers!
Ingredients:
1 cans tuna (in vegetable oil not spring water)
1 cans golden mushroom soup
1 chopped onions
1 chopped green bell peppers
1/2 tbs butter
red pepper to suit your taste
pinch of garlic
if serving for party you can make 3 cans of each and serve up to 20 or more
Directions:
1. Saute onions and bell pepper till onions are transparent, about 15 to 20 minutes on low heat. Then add tuna, continue heating for about 5 minutes, flake your tuna fish with a fork, you don't want chunky tuna. Now add your golden mushroom soup and red pepper and garlic. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
2. You can prepare ahead 1 or 2 days before you serve.
