Very nice! great for crackers! Ingredients:
1 cans tuna (in vegetable oil not spring water) |
1 cans golden mushroom soup |
1 chopped onions |
1 chopped green bell peppers |
1/2 tbs butter |
red pepper to suit your taste |
pinch of garlic |
if serving for party you can make 3 cans of each and serve up to 20 or more |
Directions:
1. Saute onions and bell pepper till onions are transparent, about 15 to 20 minutes on low heat. Then add tuna, continue heating for about 5 minutes, flake your tuna fish with a fork, you don't want chunky tuna. Now add your golden mushroom soup and red pepper and garlic. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. 2. You can prepare ahead 1 or 2 days before you serve. |
