Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted butter |
2 tablespoons flour |
milk |
1 can tuna fish, drained |
bread, toasted |
Directions:
1. Melt butter over medium heat. 2. Add flour, stir to a smooth consistency. 3. Then, slowly add milk, stirring to eliminate lumps. 4. Continue adding milk, a little at a time, until the sauce thickens. 5. Add the tuna. 6. Heat gently over medium-low heat until it is warmed throughout. 7. Ladle on top of toast. 8. Salt and pepper to taste. |
