My husband luv them .Children have them w/ tomato sauce. Ingredients:
tuna - 1tin |
oil for salute |
mustard seeds -1 tsp |
chopped onion -1 |
chopped ginger - 1tbs |
curry leaves / chopped coriander leaves - as you desire |
pepper powder - 1tsp |
garam masala - 1tsp |
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp |
boiled & smashed potato - 1 |
salt to taste |
egg white -1 |
breadcrumbs - 1cup |
oil for deep frying |
Directions:
1. Salute chopped onion & ginger after cracking the mustard seeds. 2. Add to it curry leaves . pepper powder . turmeric powder & garam masala & mix well with the smashed potato . 3. Make balls , shape them into smooth round / oval . 4. Dip them in egg white & breadcrumbs ,then pat them . 5. Deep fry them in batches , do not overcrowd them while frying . 6. Enjoy it hot with tomato sauce. |
