Tuna, Cucumber, and Dill Sandwiches

The tuna mixture can be made ahead, covered, and chilled until ready to make into sandwiches.
Ingredients:
1 (6-ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise (such as hellman's)
2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
3/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 (1-ounce) slices whole wheat bread, toasted
1/3 cup thinly sliced peeled cucumber
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Spread half of tuna mixture on 2 slices of bread. Arrange cucumber slices over tuna mixture. Top with remaining bread slices. Cut sandwiches in half, using a serrated knife.
