Ingredients:
1 cup cut up celery |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 can tuna |
1/2 can chow mein noodles (reserve 1/4 cup) |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup water |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
3/4 cup salted peanuts |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large skillet cook and stir celery, onion and green pepper in butter until onion is tender. 3. Stir in Tuna with remaining ingredients. 4. Pour into ungreased 1-1/2 qt. 5. casserole dish. 6. Sprinkle with reserved chow mein noodles. 7. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. |
