Who knew that curry and tuna would meld so well together? I used a lemon and pepper tuna and dipped it with roasted garlic italian bread. Serve this on crackers, stuffed in a tomato, or in a sandwich. Double the recipe if serving a crowd or just enjoy for lunch. I would add cucumber if I had some. YUMMY. More of a lunch than a dip. I enjoyed it on Ritz Crackers, but feel free to have it as a sandwich filling, stuffed in a tomato, or with carrot and celery sticks. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
6 ounces tuna, drained and flaked |
1/2 cup green onion, finely sliced |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
3/4 teaspoon curry powder |
1 dash salt |
bread or cracker |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine first seven ingredients. 2. Serve with bread or crackers. |
