Refreshing summer meal. Good for lunch or dinner. Great for brown bagging. Ingredients:
3 celery ribs |
1 (8 ounce) can tuna |
1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 tablespoon relish |
Directions:
1. Mix tuna and mayonnaise and relish together. 2. Dice celery sticks and mix it in . 3. Add pepper at the end. 4. I usually spread it on whole wheat pita spread and add a tiny bit of hot sauce to it but its totally optional. |
