Refreshing summer meal. Good for lunch or dinner. Great for brown bagging.
Ingredients:
3 celery ribs
1 (8 ounce) can tuna
1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tablespoon relish
Directions:
1. Mix tuna and mayonnaise and relish together.
2. Dice celery sticks and mix it in .
3. Add pepper at the end.
4. I usually spread it on whole wheat pita spread and add a tiny bit of hot sauce to it but its totally optional.
