Simple, excellent and cheesy. Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped |
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced |
12 ounces pasta shells |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (12 1/4 ounce) can tuna fish |
3 -4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
olive oil |
cooking sherry |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil and cooking sherry add dash of salt and pepper. 2. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. 3. Mix pasta, onion and mushrooms, soup and drained tuna. You can mix all in a 9 x13 baking dish or in a bowl and then put in baking pan. 4. Put cheese on top and bake 350 degrees 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
