This is one of my children's favorite casseroles. The recipe came from a church member. I lost this recipe and tried to piece it back together, if something seems odd please ask me about it. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bag egg noodles |
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1/2 cup celery, chopped finely |
1/2 cup onion, chopped finely |
1/2 cup pimento stuffed olive, sliced |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
2 cups medium cheddar, grated |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup milk |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook egg noodles according to directions on pkg. 2. Assemble rest of ingredients in large bowl. 3. Add noodles. 4. Put in 13 x 9 pan. 5. Bake 350°F for 60 minutes. |
