This is a tasty, fast, and easy casserole that every member of the family will love. My mom used to make this for us when we were kids. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) can chow mein noodles |
1 (6 ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained |
1 cup roasted salted cashews |
1 cup diced celery |
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. Measure 1/2 cup of the chow mein noodles and set aside. Combine the remaining noodles, tuna, cashews, celery mushroom soup, and water in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with the 1/2 cup of noodles you set aside. 3. Bake in the preheated oven until heated through, about 30 minutes. |
