Not for people watching their salt intake, but OH this is good Ingredients:
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped |
1 cup celery, finely diced |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/3 cup chicken broth |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 (7 ounce) can tuna |
1 cup potato chips, coarsly crushed or 1 cup crisp chow mein noodles |
1/3 cup cashews |
Directions:
1. Cook onion and celery in butter for about 5 minutes. 2. Combine with soup, chicken broth, seasonings and tuna. 3. Stir in 1/2 cup chips or chow mein noodles. 4. Put mixture into a buttered 1 Quart Casserole. 5. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 Cup chips or noodles and the cashews. 6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly. |
