Tuna Canoes (And Tomato Too )

We decided to try something new and it worked out really well. We both like avocados and this makes a nice presentation and tastes good.
Ingredients:
2 avocados
2 tsp.lemon juice
1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
2 eggs, hard boiled and finely chopped
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons dill relish
salt
pepper
tomato, slices for garnish
Directions:
1. Mix tuna with eggs, onion, and relish and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Scoop out all but about 1/4 inch of flesh from avocados and chop. Mix with 1 teaspoons lemon juice in a small bowl. Brush avocado halves with remaining lemon juice. Add chopped avocado to tuna mixture and gently mix Place completed tuna mixture into.avocado halves. Serve Tomato slices on the side.
