Yummy, Easy to carry to work the next day for lunch. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can light chunk tuna in water, drained and flaked |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup shredded carrot |
1 stalk celery, chopped |
6 ounces savory herb stuffing mix |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
3/4 cup water |
1/2 cup onion, minced (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 15 minutes. 2. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. 3. Form into about 12 patties and place onto pan. 4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. |
