Yummy tuna cakes!
Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini
2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans tuna
3 cups seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
4 teaspoons grated onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1.
Shred zucchini; blot dry with paper towel.
2.
Mix in remainig ingredients.
3.
Shape into 3 to 4 round patties.
4.
Heat 1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil in large frying pan.
5.
Cook patties 8 to 10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
