                    Great served alone or as a 'burger' Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained  |  
                                                3 eggs, beaten  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon pepper (or more to taste)  |  
                                                1/2 small white onion, minced  |  
                                                2 cups panko breadcrumbs  |  
                                                4 tablespoons lowfat margarine, melted  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix all ingredients. If runny add more panko. 2. Form into patties. 3. Stir some of the margarine in frying pan, fry patties for approximately 4 minutes each side.                              |
