Kid favorite Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked |
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 tablespoons chili sauce |
1 egg, beaten |
salt |
pepper |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted |
lettuce |
sliced tomato |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine tuna, bread crumbs, celery, mayo, onion, chili sauce,egg, salt and pepper. 2. Shape into four patties. 3. Melt butter in a skillet; cook patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until lightly browned. 4. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomatoes, if desired. |
