Light Tuna Burger Ingredients:
6 oz of tuna in water |
1 large egg |
1/4 c bread crumbs |
1/8 c fat free milk |
Directions:
1. Drain water from Tuna. Mix Tuna, Egg, Bread crumbs, and Milk together thoroughly. Form into 4 patties. Brown in skillet sprayed with PAM. Cook about 2 minutes on each side. 2. Serve alone or on hamburger bun with lettuce and tomato and mayo. |
