Tuna Avocado And 4 Bean Pasta Salad |

This Salad is great for that night where you can't really be bothered to put an effort in, but don't really want to resort to takeaway either. Ingredients:
400 g can chunk tuna, drained |
300 g can 4 bean mix,, drained |
1 medium tomato, chopped |
1 avocado, seeded, peeled and diced roughly |
100 g pasta, uncooked |
1 small red onion, diced finely, optional |
Directions:
1. 1. In a saucepan, cook pasta as per packet directions until just tender. Drain pasta, and set aside. 2. 2. Meanwhile, prepare all vegetables and then in a large salad bowl combine all ingredients thoroughly and add pasta and then stir through. Salt and pepper the salad to your liking and serve as soon as possible |
