I love this tuna dish. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can tuna, drained,flaked |
2/3 cup onion, chopped |
1/4 cup pimiento, chopped |
1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumb |
1/4 cup green pepper |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
2/3 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Combine tuna, pepper, onion, pimiento and mayonnaise. 2. Spoon in shallow dish. 3. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. 4. Bake at 350°, 20 min. 5. or until thoroughly heated. 6. Serves 4. |
