Try adding an apple to your tuna salad. It's really good. Can be served on toasted wheat bread, crackers, or right out the bowl. Ingredients:
2 cans tuna, drain & flake (i use 1 can in oil & 1 can in water) |
1 medium apple, diced |
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped |
2 tbsp. onion, finley chopped |
1/2-3/4 cup mayo |
mustard, a dab |
1/4-1/2 cup sweet relish |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine and mix all ingredients in small bowl. You may want more mayo, you may want less. Season to taste. I think the more relish, the better. I like to put mine in the frige for awhile to chill a bit. Enjoy! |
