I dont remember where I picked up this recipe, but I can't wait to try it. Ingredients:
3 cups shredded cabbage |
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna |
3/4 cup cheese |
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery |
2/3 cup salad dressing or 2/3 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon milk |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon salad oil |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
2 medium apples, cored and chopped (2 cups) |
Directions:
1. Combine cabbage, tuna, shredded cheese, and celery; chill. Stir together salad dressing or mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, oil, sugar, mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add chopped apples and chill. To serve, pour dressing mixture over tuna mixture and mix well. Serves 4. |
