Yummy. Everybody loves these. Hope you do too. Ingredients:
1 can tuna |
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
4 tablespoons salsa |
1 teaspoon dried cilantro |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
8 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Drain tuna well. 2. In small bowl combine tuna, cheese, salsa, parsley and cilantro. 3. Spread two tablespoons of tuna mixture over each tortilla. 4. Roll each tortilla up tightly and wrap individually with plastic wrap. 5. Refrigerate 3 hours then slice into bite size pieces and serve. |
