something easy for a weekend lunch Ingredients:
8 slices white bread |
1 (185 g) can tuna in vegetable oil, drained |
1 (310 g) can corn kernels, drained, rinsed |
100 g colby cheese, grated |
2 tablespoons whole-egg mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill on high. Grill bread for 2 minutes each side or until lightly browned. 2. Combine tuna, corn, cheese, mayonnaise and parsley in a bowl. Top toast with tuna mixture. Season with pepper. Grill for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. 3. Serve. |
