Simple frugal recipe. Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup |
1 1/2 cups water |
2 cups peas |
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained, flaked |
2 cups minute brown rice, uncooked |
Directions:
1. Bring soup and water to boil in large skillet on medium-high heat. 2. Add peas and tuna. 3. Return to boil. 4. Stir in rice; cover. 5. Remove from heat. 6. Let stand 5 minute 7. Fluff with fork. |
