Tuna and Pesto Pasta Salad |

This is my favorite pasta salad. The peas can be cooked if desired. Chicken can be replaced for the tuna Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups frozen peas, thawed |
3 cups fusilli |
6 ounces canned tuna, drained and flaked |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
4 tablespoons pesto sauce |
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated |
1/4 cup pine nuts |
Directions:
1. Boil pasta until tender. 2. Drain and rinse under cold water. 3. Mix pasta with tuna, peas, mayonnaise and pesto. 4. Garnish salad with grated parmesan cheese and pine nuts. |
