Another avoid the grocery store healthy meal! Herbed rice and tuna with a sour cream sauce Ingredients:
4 cups white rice (cooked) |
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna |
1/8 cup fat free sour cream |
2 tablespoons basil |
2 teaspoons garlic salt |
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
1/4 cup diced tomato |
Directions:
1. Add garlic salt, basil and cracked pepper to water before adding rice to cook(follow amount and directions on rice package). 2. Add sour cream and drained tuna to rice and stir well. 3. Top with diced tomatoes. 4. ENJOY! |
