Tuna and Green Apple Mousse

Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can tuna
1 shallot
1/2 apple
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning. (Alternatively, finely chop the ingredients and combine with a fork). Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or up to a day. Stir, and serve with rye crackers, thin slices of baguette, or vegetable sticks.
