Ingredients:
8 slices bread
185 g tuna in vegetable oil, drained
310 g corn kernels, drained
100 g cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to high. Toast bread lightly.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spread mixture over each slice of toast. Grill for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
