Love tuna, cheese and chips...This has them all Ingredients:
2 6 oz. cans tuna, drained and flaked |
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper |
1/3 cup olives, chopped |
1/3-1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 12 oz. can refrigerated flaky biscuits |
1 egg, beaten |
1 cup potato chips, crushed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 2. In mixing bowl, combine tuna, lemon pepper, olives, mayo and cheese until well blended 3. Separate dough into 10 biscuits 4. Roll out each to 5 inch circle 5. Spoon about 1/4 cup onto center of each circle 6. Fold dough in half and press edges with fork to seal 7. Brush both sides with egg wash 8. Press both sides into potato chips 9. Make 2-3 vent holes on top with sharp knife 10. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 18-22 minutes, until golden brown |
