Creamed tuna entree which you serve on top of bread, pasta, or rice. Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained |
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces, drained |
1 cup frozen peas |
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. In a 2 quart (2 litre) saucepan, combine all ingredients except sour cream. 2. Simmer 5 min, mixing well. 3. Add sour cream to mixture and heat through. 4. You can serve this over toast, plain waffles, noodles, rice, whatever you like. |
