This is my great-grandmother's recipe. It is simple, easy and delicious. Just use your favorite cornbread recipe, or the one on the bag of the white cornmeal. Ingredients:
1 pone cornbread |
4 cups cornbread stuffing mix |
1 cup chopped celery |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
3 eggs, beaten |
6 cups chicken broth |
Directions:
1. crumble pone of cornbread in bowl. Add stuffing mix and remaining ingredients. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to one hour. |
