This looks easy - from BBC Good Food Magazine. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
5 tablespoons golden syrup |
4 tablespoons peanut butter |
140 g dried apricots, diced |
100 g oats |
100 g rice, crispies |
50 g brown sugar |
3 tablespoons dried cherries |
25 g coconut |
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 180 C. 2. Melt in pot together the first 3 ingredients till stirs easily together. 3. Add everything else, combine well. 4. Spray and line a 20 cm square tin. 5. Press mixture into tin. 6. Bake 20 minutes. 7. Allow to cool totally in tin. 8. Can be refrigerated overnight. 9. Cut into bars. |
