Ingredients:
2 large cucumbers, peeled, grated, and squeezed to drain liquid
1 small garlic clove, finely diced
1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, garlic, and yogurt and mix well. Season to taste with salt. Serve with the lamb and orzo.
