Simple, feel-good tofu scramble. Ingredients:
79 g extra firm tofu (1/5 package) |
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup mixed mushrooms |
1/2 cup broccoli |
1/16 cup onion, chopped |
1 dash pepper |
4 teaspoons ground red pepper |
Directions:
